Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that because we use Printful for print-on-demand services, all items are custom-made to order, which limits certain refund and return options.
Non-returnable items:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes. Please ensure you check our sizing guide before purchasing. However, we do accept returns or exchanges in the case of damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to Printful or the manufacturer. All return inquiries should be directed to us at support@suburbancyber.com.
Refunds
If your item is damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a refund. Once your return request is approved, we will process the refund. Please note that refunds can take a certain amount of days to process depending on your payment method.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after the designated processing time, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at support@suburbancyber.com for further assistance.
Sale items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there was a printing error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@suburbancyber.com with your order details. Do not send the item back to Printful.
Shipping returns:
To return a defective or damaged product, contact us at support@suburbancyber.com. You will receive return instructions, including the return address.
You are responsible for shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive or larger orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
